The Confession

Just a brief post for now, because I've realised that I made a horrible, horrible mistake when I translated those questions yesterday.

The translation of "How has your day been going?" should have been "Goddeno thu ogar pogehtor-da projeh ak athul?". I realised as I was reading through them again this morning that I'd missed out the most important part of the question: the word which turns it into a question in the first place. Without it, what I'd actually written was "Your day has been going well". Which might be a little presumptuous.

Such are the pitfalls of working a language's rules out as I go along!
